Mat Hitchins (LLB Honours) - Employee Relations
Mat is passionate about resolving workplace disputes and enjoys getting involved at the sharp end. Mat lives by the mantra that he will tell you what you can do rather than what you cannot do and will provide you with all the possible scenarios in relation to your issue. Mat is highly experienced in employment law and tribunal work along with HR consultancy and thrives on providing commercially focused and bespoke solutions in all sectors.
Sally Hitchins (MCIPD) - Policy, Procedures, Absence Management and Wellbeing
Sally is passionate about health and wellbeing and believes in supporting your employees to achieve their potential and ultimately the success of your business. Sally is a Mental Health First Aider, trained mediator and qualified Hays Job Evaluator and is eager to increase open communication and awareness of support for any health or other issues in the workplace. Sally is adept at providing you with the correct framework of policies and procedures to protect your business against litigation and is an expert in absence management.
